Terms of Service

By accessing or using Crispy (“the Service”) at crispyfeeds.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Crispy is a food discovery platform that aggregates and curates video reviews and content from food creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other media. The Service provides:

• •Restaurant profiles enriched with creator video reviews and ratings.
• •An interactive map to discover dining experiences by location.
• •Creator profiles showcasing their food content and reviewed restaurants.
• •User features including bookmarks, reviews, and voting.
• •Restaurant claiming and analytics tools for verified owners.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

Certain features of the Service require an account. Account creation is handled through Clerk, our authentication provider. By creating an account, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• •Be at least 13 years of age.
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• •Notify us immediately at support@crispyfeeds.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
• •Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Crispy aggregates publicly available content from food creators on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms to surface restaurant recommendations. Regarding creator content:

• •We link to and embed content from its original platform — we do not host or re-upload videos.
• •All video content, photos, and captions remain the intellectual property of the respective creator and/or platform.
• •We access only public content through official platform APIs (including the Instagram Basic Display API and Graph API).
• •Creator opinions and reviews displayed on Crispy reflect the views of the individual creator, not of Crispy.
• •Crispy does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy of creator reviews or recommendations.

If you are a creator and wish to have your content removed from Crispy, please contact us at support@crispyfeeds.com. We will process removal requests in a timely manner.

Users may submit reviews, hidden gem nominations, creator discovery votes, and other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:

• •Represent that you own the content or have the right to submit it.
• •Grant Crispy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on the platform.
• •Agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, harassing, or that violates any third-party rights.

Crispy reserves the right to remove any User Content at its sole discretion, without notice.

Restaurant information on Crispy — including names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, and ratings — is sourced from third-party providers (including Google Places API and creator-submitted content). While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or correct.

Always verify restaurant details (hours, availability, pricing) directly with the restaurant before visiting. Crispy is not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from reliance on inaccurate restaurant information.

Restaurant owners may claim their listing to access analytics and manage their profile. Claiming requires verification of ownership. Crispy reserves the right to approve or deny claims at its discretion.

The Crispy name, logo, website design, original written content, and software are owned by Crispy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and content (including creator content, Google Maps data, and platform brand marks) remain the property of their respective owners. Crispy makes no claim of ownership over such third-party materials.

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• •Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Service without our express written permission.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, our servers, or databases.
• •Submit fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• •Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users, creators, or restaurant owners.
• •Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• •Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Certain features of the Service (including restaurant claiming and analytics) may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Crispy to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be clearly presented at the time of purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@crispyfeeds.com for billing inquiries.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CRISPY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRISPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON RESTAURANT INFORMATION, CREATOR REVIEWS, OR DINING EXPERIENCES.

In no event shall Crispy's total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Crispy in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Crispy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@crispyfeeds.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
