There's almost nothing scarier than trying to open a restaurant, especially for someone that doesn't have any formal culinary training. But that didn't stop one former waitress here in Pittsburgh, took out a small loan and bought a little joint in a strip mall and turned it into a neighborhood favorite. You gotta check out Kelly O's.
