This burger actually leans a little sweet with those onions, but also necessary with a patty that big and cheese that strong.

We really liked the grilled aspect of the bun, and the airiness of it allowed for the flavor of the meat and cheddar shine.

April Bloomfield is going to make an amazing burger, but there is so much more here to love.
