All I could say is this burger is so beyond flavorful. You get a really nice peppery kick, a little dry-aged flavor. You have that cheddar which complements it perfectly. It has like a nice char on the outside, the textures are there. I love like the little bite of onion I got and the bun is so soft and just like is absorbing all of those burger juices. This is a 10 out of 10 burger.
