it works for whatever the reason it actually works it's got that texture and feel of a sweet cornbread and then it's like you put a pickle on top of the cornbread it really works.

It's so fluffy and light with a crust of Parmesan on top with herbs. It's so fucking buttery.

I am obsessed.
