This place is phenomenal.

Nick called it the platonic ideal of smash burgers, I called it the king of smash burgers.

It was hot off the grill too. Smothered in this melty cheese.

The simplicity of it is kind of what makes this really good.

Always fresh, never frozen.

Dinner was at Soto Social Club in Little Italy so everyone was drinking wine and eating pizza while getting to know each other.

The burger is absolutely so fantastic. The fried pickles had such an intense crunch to it. That heat is being brought by that ghost pepper ranch.
