Bánh Anh Em

This is better than Von Mee's I had in Vietnam.

We love their massive bun mi, the banh beo, and the banh uot chong.

Every time we make around 30 bread after you take it out the oven you will start to hear the sound of crackling and that's a good sign of really great bánh mì.

The pate to me is the soul of the sandwich.

Bánh mì pate is my favorite. If I can pick one dish that really represents my cooking, that would be the sandwich.
