To sum it up, I think 4 Charles Prime Rib is nearly the perfect restaurant. Although it is so damn expensive. At the same time, I do wish their menu stood out a little more, had more original dishes, and had a bit more character than a lot of the other Hogsalt Hospitality restaurants.
