Crispy Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated June 15, 2026. These draft terms are provided for product planning and should be reviewed by counsel before approving affiliates, issuing codes, enabling tracking, or paying commissions.

Summary: affiliates keep creative control, but participation is subject to approval, truthful promotion, clear disclosure, prohibited-promotion rules, and Crispy's right to terminate or adjust commissions for noncompliance or payment reversals.

1. Eligibility and approval

Participation is by application and manual approval only. Submitting an application does not create an affiliate account, tracking link, discount code, payout right, or ongoing program status.

2. Creative control

Approved affiliates may promote Crispy in the format and voice they believe will best convert their audience, including social profile links, bio links, posts, videos, stories, emails, newsletters, and campaign content. Promotions must still follow these terms.

3. Fan discount

Approved affiliates may receive a code, link, or other approved promotion that gives eligible fans 60% off their first paid Crispy subscription period. Discount details, expiration, eligibility, and redemption limits may vary by approval.

4. Commission

Approved affiliates may earn 20% recurring commission for the life of each eligible referred paid subscriber. Commission is calculated on net collected subscription revenue after discounts, taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, and other adjustments defined by Crispy.

5. Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Crispy anywhere Crispy is recommended, linked, mentioned, reviewed, or promoted. Disclosures must be easy for the audience to notice and understand.

6. Prohibited promotion

Affiliates may not use misleading claims, spam, fake urgency, self-referrals, paid brand-search bidding, coupon-site abuse, hidden disclosures, unauthorized discount claims, or promotions that harm Crispy, users, restaurants, creators, or the Crispy brand.

7. Termination and commission adjustments

Crispy may reject, suspend, terminate, or modify affiliate participation at any time. Crispy may withhold or adjust commissions for fraud, noncompliance, refunds, chargebacks, credits, cancelled payments, self-referrals, or promotions not in Crispy's best interest.

8. Payments and tax information

Payment timing, payout thresholds, payout methods, required tax forms, and identity or payment verification may be defined before launch or during affiliate approval. No payout is owed until the affiliate is approved and payout requirements are satisfied.

9. Program changes

Crispy may change discount details, commission rates, eligibility, tracking methods, payment rules, or program requirements. Continued participation after changes means the affiliate accepts the updated terms.
